This acrylic disk is a professional-grade version of the Emotion Sensation Wheel designed for therapy, education, and household use. More than a standard feelings wheel, this unique chart helps people connect emotions with body sensations, making it easier to recognize, name, and understand feelings in real time.
Created by therapist and mental health illustrator Lindsay Braman, LMHCA, this wheel is based on research in somatic experiencing and emotional development. The inner rings show core and complex emotions, while the outer ring describes the physical sensations often linked to those emotions—a design especially helpful for neurodivergent individuals, literal thinkers, and anyone learning emotional regulation skills.
Built for durability, this acrylic wheel is printed in full color on rigid board nearly 1/8" thick (clipboard thickness). It’s durable enough for daily handling in professional environments yet also perfect for display on a wall or shelf. We love this tool for display on an easel- within arms reach for pulling down to use it as a hands-on tool. Therapists, teachers, or parents can hold it, point to it, or pass it around to spark conversations.
