Things to Know about How My Shop Ships Orders

I pack and ship orders from my studio in St. Louis. For the sake of sustainability and the capacity to focus on creating new art, my shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed today will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, depending on when they’re placed in relation to my shipping schedule. If I or my team thinks we might need a little longer to fill your order- you'll hear from us with options. 

(If you placed an order 4 or more business days ago and it's still marked unshipped- please reach out via my contact form so I can take a look and address any issues.)

Shipping Transit Times

  • Orders ship via US Mail (USPS) from Saint Louis, MO- smack dab in the middle of the U.S. - and generally reach either coast within about 4-5 days. 
  • International orders may take 1–3 weeks for delivery depending on location and customs

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Many orders qualify for free shipping automatically.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delays can occasionally happen. If your package seems lost (a tracking number has not been updated in 5 business days) please reach out and I’ll do my best to help track it down.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend it. As a matter of policy, I require a different shipping address in order to reship a returned package.

Preorders
I very occasionally offer preorders for items sold out but restocking imminently. Your preorder will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page. If you order multiple items with a preorder, everything may ship together.
