Can I share my PDF with others?

In order for Lindsay's art to remain sustainable, license terms limit sharing.

With a personal use license, the resource is just for you- no sharing. With a professional use license, you may share with your direct clients in the ordinary course of work. WIth a shared professional license, you may share the resource with a limited number of colleagues for them to use with a professional use license.

How should I print this PDF?

Great question! The PDF is designed to be printed on standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper.

For best results, choose “Fit to Page” from your print dialogue and select high-quality printing. Use bright white paper and fresh ink. Matte paper generally produces a softer, cleaner look than glossy paper.

You can find more tips and tricks for successful printing here.

Can I use it in a presentation?

Probably, but let's talk first! Permission to use in a presentation is granted on a case by case basis, and if used in a professional context usually requires a small fee to help keep my work sustainable.

Fill out this form with the details of your requested use and I'll get back with you. Often, especially for academic use, there is no charge- but permission is still required.

custom republishing license is required to use my art beyond the context of one-on-one work with direct clients. This includes using illustrations in presentations, trainings, workshops, mailing lists, websites and beyond.

Meet the Artist

I’m Lindsay Braman, I use my training as a therapist to hand draw mental health illustrations that make complex mental health concepts more approachable, memorable, and useful.

I doodled my way through a masters degree in Counseling Psychology, and along the way I learned just how many of us are visual learners who flourish when when concepts are made accessible in ways beyond just text and audio.

Accessible Mental Health Art

My illustrations organize complex information visually, offering another way to learn, process, and communicate.

For many, visual information is accessible information. I make art that helps everyone have access to tools and information they need to care well for themselves and others, make informed decisons, and grow.

From Screen to Paper

It's a digital download- but it doesn't have to stay digital!

Often, the same people who benefit from information presented in a visual format may remember a little more when they can touch, hold, and physically interact with the material.

So print it, make notations, hang it up, tuck it into a binder, or keep it somewhere you’ll see it everyday.
