Sometimes, I wish that gaining perspective, coping skills, or empathy was as simple as grocery shopping. I could just order online and let someone else deliver to me! But even though that's not possible, we can dream it. That's why I made these cute little grocery-inspired mental health illustrations. When we remember that things like self-care, confidence, boundaries, empathy, and creativity are as essential to our well-being as a stocked pantry, it may be easier to get a fun little reminder that we all deserve a little more generosity when it comes to getting our needs met.
Suggested Uses: Naming our unmet needs is key to being able to communicate with our partners, workplaces, educators, and even ourselves about what we actually need to thrive. For clients who are a little more creative, you'll find a blank version perfect for letting child and teen clients design their own product label for their needs.
